Definitions:

Bandwidth - Measurement of data transmission in 1000 bits per second. 128K is 128,000 bits per second or 16,000 bytes per second. A 28.8K modem is 28,800 bits per second or 3,600 bytes per second.

Hosted Server - Your machine put on our ethernet backbone.

Dedicated Line - T1 line between your location and our site. Telephone company rates vary depending on distance. Total cost is Jong.com charges plus phone company charges. Phone company installation charge additional, call for rates. The 28.8k dedicated is a regular phone line.

Frame Relay - T1 line to the phone company frame relay circuit. Line and port charges are included in the estimate. Total cost is Jong.com charges plus phone company charges. Phone company installation charge additional, call for rates

ISDN - This is a service installed by phone company to their ISDN switching circuit. Estimated cost of $31.50 per each 128k ISDN line. Total cost is Jong.com charges plus phone company charges. Phone company installation charge additional, call for rates

Jong.com installation charges run $150 for ISDN and $250 for all others.
